- Prices may vary based on material availability, quantities and delivery locations.
4. Delivery and Scheduling
While we aim to deliver on schedule, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, site access and other conditions beyond our control. On-site access and offloading arrangements are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed per order and must be settled in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may affect future scheduling and delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALC Logistics Solution shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be limited by law.
